Wellbeing during COVID-19
How to maintain wellbeing and build resilience
While the interruption of normal life heightened our sensitivity to our emotional and social needs, this situation came with positives too. We were given a unique opportunity to hit the pause button and consider new possibilities for how best to live and how to find new direction and purpose. I offer three services to help you manage the current situation as we navigate our way around our changed world.
Coaching – supporting you to transition from lockdown to the new normal
I offer two free 30-minute conversations to explore whether a thinking and conversation partner would be a useful resource for you. This could include looking at the impact of COVID19 on your life, or it could help you re-evaluate what’s important to you and help you make any changes you resolved upon during lockdown.
Staff wellbeing and happiness - bringing teams together with hands-on tips and best practice for wellness, building resilience and maintaining productivity
When it comes to both immediate and longer-term challenges, having a resilient mindset, a strong focus on our wellbeing, and time and space to think clearly are vital in helping us start to pull the pieces together in life’s new jigsaw puzzle.
I lead tailored interactive online groups and 1:1 sessions. These can be used as a platform to help staff reconnect with the workplace whether from home or on-site, with an emphasis on how to be more focused, productive and effective, while taking into account self-care and feeling supported in the workplace and at home.
The sessions can take a one-off team-building approach or work as a bespoke offering, always with a strong thread of wellbeing, and including activities on building resilience, reducing anxiety, mindfulness, nutrition and the use of breathing to reduce stress.
Mindfulness - the breathing space
My Breathing Space zoom sessions combine mindfulness practice with breathing exercises and easy to apply practical techniques, and work for individuals as well as teams.
