wellbeing at work

How do you make staff feel valued when time is at a premium and resources are thin - especially when you have little or no face to face time. What do you do to relieve the inevitable build-up of stress and anxiety?

In today’s fast-paced working environments, where we are required to be ‘on’ 24/7 - often literally ‘on’ screen it can be hard to switch off. Constant change and uncertainty simply add to our stress levels and impact on our general wellbeing.

Bringing together the best practice from coaching, mindfulness and healthy living, the sessions I deliver provide an opportunity to sample and take away ideas that can be integrated into daily life with little effort but great outcomes, enabling staff to review, recharge and reset.

Participants will discover how to audit their own wellbeing and shift from reactive to proactive. They’ll be introduced to easy-to-implement, practical bite-sized tools that are readily integrated into daily life. And we’ll incorporate an element of mindful practice for a sense of wellbeing and resilience, plus tips for an instant uplift to health and vitality.

Sessions can be tailored to the individual requirements of each group as a stand-alone or part of a series socially distanced or online, as a workplace wellbeing initiative or part of a team day.

This experience will introduce the tools to make lasting impact and change, and leave participants feeling valued, motivated and better equipped to deal with the challenges that the workplace throws at them.

What our clients are saying

Francine held an engaging and practical session to encourage staff to think about how they take care of themselves, with practical tips covering nutrition, building resilience, and an introduction to mindfulness with lots of takeaways for the staff to try.

A surprise bonus was making a healthy tasty breakfast which staff thoroughly enjoyed!

Francine delivers in a delightfully easy to follow approach which engages staff in what was a new subject for the group delivered in a work environment.

Francine provided two mindful wellbeing breakfast sessions for my team - a very diverse group of different service leaders. These sessions provided an oasis in our busy work lives - making time to focus on our wellbeing through a useful audit activity, sampling a delicious breakfast accompanied with useful hints and tips on making food to eat on the go and an introduction to mindfulness. The team valued this time spent on wellbeing and bonding. Francine was an expert facilitator catering for complete beginners to people who practice mindfulness regularly. There was a great mix of different exercises and the food was delicious - would highly recommend this session.
