I will help you identify and implement your personal and/or professional goals with empathy and support. How it Works
I offer a series of 1:1 sessions in person or remotely. Evidence shows that engaging in six or more sessions leads to the best outcomes, with space in between for action and reflection, however you can have as many you want.
Should you decide to give coaching a go, we will work together to identify what changes you’d like to see in your life, set goals as part of your tailor-made programme and agree how to accomplish them. I’ll provide the practical tools and support you need and, where appropriate, some challenge and an element of stretch to ensure you get the best out of the opportunity. Regular reviews will ensure we stay on track.
I bring a warm, compassionate, empathetic and non-judgemental approach combined with humour, energy and a strong solution-focused approach. You will leave each session feeling heard and inspired, with the tools you need for the task at hand.
I am based in the UK, between London and Bristol, although I also do lots of remote work with video or phone sessions.

Just to be clear
Coaching should not be confused with psychotherapy or counselling, although it can lead to significant life changes in a relatively short space of time. I will be there as a facilitator and kind of external conscience to help you work towards the goals you choose and stay on track!
